What to Know Before You Book

How do I book with Sketch?

Appointments with Sketch begin with an appointment request. To be invited for booking, you’ll need to complete a client request form with details about your tattoo idea, placement, size, reference photos, etc.
This allows each project to be reviewed before scheduling and helps ensure that inquiries are a good fit for style and workload.
If your project is accepted, you’ll receive the next steps for consultation, pricing, deposit, and scheduling.

What projects are the best fit?

Sketch welcomes a wide range of custom tattoo ideas, with scheduling priority generally given to projects that align best with his style and allow room for thoughtful, collaborative design.
Projects that are especially well suited include:
  • Ongoing work with existing clients

  • Large-scale custom pieces

  • Full back pieces

  • Sleeves and multi-session work

  • Custom lettering

  • Traditional Japanese-inspired tattoos

  • Anime-inspired concepts

  • Projects that benefit from strong composition and creative freedom

Creative direction is always welcome. From there, Sketch will bring his experience and artistic perspective to the design so the final piece feels personal, balanced, and suited to your body.

References are encouraged for inspiration, but the final artwork will always be original rather than a direct copy of another tattoo or artist’s work.

Not every request will be the right fit for Sketch’s current schedule or creative focus, but every submission is reviewed with care. When possible, projects that fall outside his scope may be referred to another artist who is better suited to the idea.

I sent a request, what's next?

Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed to make sure the project is a good fit for Sketch’s current schedule, style, and availability.

If your project is selected, you’ll receive a follow-up with the next steps, including appointment details and pricing information. You’ll then be asked to submit a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Please only submit a request when you’re ready to move forward with the booking process and place your deposit if selected.

Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed and you’ll receive scheduling details along with any additional information needed before your session.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If your project requires multiple sessions, the deposit may be applied to the final session.

By submitting your deposit, you agree to the booking and cancellation policies below.

  • Please provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Missed appointments or no-call/no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If an appointment is rescheduled multiple times, a new deposit may be required.

  • If you are unable to complete your appointment after the session has begun, the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment.

  • Any special needs or accommodations should be confirmed with Sketch prior to your appointment.

Does Sketch travel for appointments?

Yes. Sketch is available for select travel appointments, particularly for large-scale custom projects that require multiple sessions.

Travel requests are considered based on the scope of the project, location, scheduling, and the amount of work involved. Full back pieces, sleeves, and other multi-session tattoos are especially well suited for this type of arrangement.

If you’re interested in booking Sketch outside of Atlanta, include your city, project details, placement, approximate size, and availability in your appointment request.
